This policy explains what personal data Jad 3D Studio collects through this website, why, and the rights you have under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, "PDPL").

Who we are

Jad 3D Studio is a 3D design and print studio in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Jad 3D Studio is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

What the quote form collects

When you ask for a quote, we collect what you type or attach:

• Your name, company and work email (required)
• Job title and phone or WhatsApp number (optional)
• Product type, quantity and the date you need it by (required)
• Budget range and emirate (optional)
• Up to 3 files you upload, such as logos, sketches, photos or 3D/CAD files, and any file link you paste (for example WeTransfer or Google Drive)
• Your notes about the project
• Your consent to these Terms and this policy
• A reference code, if you arrived through one of our links (the ref part of the web address, for example ?ref=email-dev). It tells us which email or campaign brought you to us.

The form also has a hidden spam-trap field that people leave empty. We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in notes or files.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your quote request, prepare mock-ups and quotes, and, if you place an order, to make, deliver and invoice it and keep the records the law requires. The legal bases are your consent (given with the checkbox on the form) and the steps needed to enter into and perform a contract with you.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Netlify hosts this website and receives quote-form submissions and uploaded files as our form processor. Netlify is based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside the UAE. As the site's host, Netlify also processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and filter spam.
• Submissions are forwarded to our studio inbox, [email protected], where we read and answer them.
• This website loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Everything, including the 3D viewer and our fonts, is served from our own site through Netlify.

We share your data with delivery or production partners only when that is needed to complete your order, and only what they need.

How long we keep it

• Quote enquiries that do not become an order: deleted 24 months after our last contact.
• Orders: kept for as long as UAE law requires us to keep commercial and accounting records, then deleted.
• Uploaded files: kept with the enquiry or order and deleted on the same schedule. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you can ask to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before. To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you used. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.

Security

We keep access to enquiries and files limited to the people who handle your request, and we use providers that encrypt data in transit (HTTPS).

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date below.
