How ordering works

- Get a free 3D mock-up, usually within one business day
- Approve the mock-up and your quote; your lead time is confirmed on your quote
- We print in Dubai and deliver across the UAE, to your sales office or handover venue

How much do handover gifts cost?
Indicative prices: Welcome Home handover sets (tower plaque plus keepsake key) from AED 395 per set, key keepsakes AED 45 per unit, tower plaques from AED 350, 150 mm desk tower replicas from AED 200 and premium 220 mm replicas AED 550–650. Custom runs start at 25 units with a minimum order of AED 500. All prices are final on quote; packaging is quoted separately and delivery is charged at cost.
Can each keepsake carry its own unit number?
Yes. Send a list of unit numbers and handover dates with your request and each keepsake is printed to match your list.
Can you replicate our tower?
Yes, if it is your own project or you have the owner's written permission. Send renders, facade drawings or CAD and we send a free 3D mock-up first. NDA on request. We don't replicate landmarks or other developers' buildings without the owner's licence.
What are the gifts made of?
PLA, a plant-based plastic, for indoor display. Key keepsakes are for display, not daily-use keychains. PLA softens at about 55–60 °C, so keep pieces out of hot cars, direct sun and outdoor spaces.
How does payment work?
Pay in full for orders up to AED 10,000; above that, 50% deposit before production and the balance before delivery.
